In a safe and quiet space, we will do writing exercises designed to help recover the voices we suppressed as we tried to cope with difficult relationships. All of us who have experienced one form of trauma or another face the struggle of owning our voices again, and using writing can be one of the best ways to come to terms with the past and become free of it.
