In my support group, I was having difficulty finding my voice. Slowly, I began to feel safe and learned to trust others with my feelings. I found that as I spoke in group, not only was I empowering myself, but others would join in and together we grew stronger.

Victims often feel very alone….like no one else has had the same experiences. Support groups can be a place to learn coping skills and lend support to others. You can gain strength from others in your group.

Some of our support group offerings:

  • Healing from the Trauma of Domestic Violence
  • Trauma Survivors Group (for survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault)
  • Self Esteem Group
  • Parents Support Group (for non-offending parents whose children have been sexually assaulted)
